Thomas Hancock, Managing Director
As Managing Director of Thomas Hancock Associates, Tom has been involved in recruiting his entire professional career. He spent two years with Accountancy Personnel in London and six years with their Sydney operation, Accountancy Placements, where he was a Director. He then joined Hamilton James & Bruce as an Equity Partner for three years. He commenced his own firm, Thomas Hancock Associates, in 1990 to specialise in recruiting in the funds management and banking sector.

Lynn Loreto, Research Manager
Lynn has worked in recruiting for over ten years and oversees our research and candidate profiles. She commenced her career with Morgan Stanley in New York where she worked for four years in capital markets, equity sales and trading. She then joined Shearson Lehman Brothers in New York where she worked for three years in the institutional sales and trading division. She spent the next three years with Salomon Brothers in New York where she was Vice President, Institutional Sales and Trading. In Sydney, Lynn worked for two years as an Associate for Goldman Sachs Australia Limited, in both the asset management and investment banking divisions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Vermont and has undertaken numerous post-graduate finance studies in New York.
Sarah Rathmell, Associate
Sarah Rathmell has worked in Advertising for over five years. She commenced her career at Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney where she worked for three years in Account Management, on a variety of accounts which included Westpac, David Jones, Pacific Brands, Healthcare and Procter & Gamble. She then worked in Advertising in the UK, while travelling extensively – before returning to work at Clemenger BBDO as an Account Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Visual Communications degree from the University of Technology Sydney.
